Telephone Surveys conduct frequent and regular research on behalf of a broad range of clients.  These may be weekly/monthly or less often but all use a standard questionnaire to build up a picture over a period of time.

Many clients find Continuous Research to be a useful tool in measuring trends and attitudes.  It can be especially helpful when improvements to a product or service have been made, and the client wants to measure customer’s changing attitudes.
