Telephone Surveys use Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing.  The questionnaire to be conducted over the telephone appears on the computer screen question by question.

Routing can be quite complex and is automatic as the interview progresses.  CATI means that any inconsistancies of response or anomalies can be revised immediately thus ensuring accurate coding of responses.

A CATI interview can usually be conducted more quickly than face to face, and can often reach respondents who are otherwise difficult to interview.

Quota controls can be administered almost instantaneously and once the research is complete analysis can be provided rapidly.

As a client you can be sure that our CATI system will give you fast, accurate, usable research extremely cost effectively.
